Jürgen Scheffran

Jürgen Scheffran is Senior Research Scientist with the Program in Arms Control, Disarmament and International Security (ACDIS) at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, USA. He is teaching on energy and international security as an Adjunct Associate Professor in political science and atmospheric sciences.
