Ike Jeanes is an independent researcher and the author of the book Forecast and Solution: grappling with the nuclear (Blacksburg: Pocahontas Press, 1996).

He also is the author of the computer program Nukefix. Some of the text here is used in that program.

He developed and manages the www.nukefix.org website.
